About

Hi! I love blue-colored m&m's and bacon. :-)
I also enjoy shopping. Long walks by the beach aren't really my thing... but long walks on 5th & 7th Avenues? NOW YOU'RE TALKING.
Buy me MAC and I will love you for the rest of my life-- call me fat and I will find your boyfriend and F him stupid.
Now that's settled, welcome to my Tumblr; my name is Nadine.

Raw Banana Soft serve by Gena - ChoosingRaw.com
“If you’re into Pinkberry or Red Mango, boy, do I have a treat for you. It’s the best soft serve ice cream you’ll ever taste, but it’s 100% raw, 100% vegan, 100% unprocessed, and 100% delicious. It’s also kid-friendly and ridiculously simple to make.”

Cut up 2-3 bananas.
Freeze them in ziplock bags or tupperware.
Throw them in your food processor (I’ve tried this in a Vitamix, but the results weren’t great — you could also use certain juicers).
Let it run for about five minutes, stopping every now and then to scrape it down. The bananas should get increasingly light, fluffy, and smooth. By the time you’re done, they’ll resemble a creamy bowl of soft serve.
Make some raw chocolate “syrup” by combining 2 tablespoons of agave nectar with 1 tablespoon raw or dark cocoa powder

Click here to see the process in pictures.
YOU HAD ME AT, “If you’re into Pinkberry…”  <3 <3 <3  Just substitute Nutella for number 5, and voila!, someone’s brunch for today will be heavenly!!! :-)
